WHO WE ARE
Our Mission: To provide the underprivileged children of Atlanta with the essential school supplies they need to succeed in a classroom. So far we've delivered more than 230 backpacks containing enough supplies to last students a whole year to D.H. Stanton Elementary School as well as Woodson Park Academy. With this growing movement, we hope to inspire new and creative ideas that would help foster care and friendship throughout our community. Packs4Peers has raised approximately $6000 worth of school supplies and conducted fundraisers such as art contests, Belk Charity voucher sales, state-wide math tournaments, and special event photo booths. Recently, we also donated 5,000+ masks to Northside Hospital at the peak of the pandemic as well as 300 books to the local libraries.
WHAT WE DO
In short, we create and host various events that help raise awareness, inspire new ideas, and generate new funds for the purpose of buying new school supplies in order to support kids throughout Atlanta. In order to do this, we reach out to many willing organizations to find schools and children in need. With the funds that we generate through our GoFundMe as well as our events, we buy a multitude of supplies in order to equally distribute them among the children we visit.
